As a family business you can trace us back to my Oldefar’s (Great Grandfathers) Bakery ‘Brodersens Konditori’, which was based in Lyngby, Denmark. This means many of our delicious recipes are family kept secrets, ensuring plenty of hygge when eating our bakes!
Our Wienerbrød is made using the meticulous method of folding the butter into the dough to create lots of yummy layers! This is not an easy task and the whole process can take between 4-6 hours at a time! So, we recommend if you have only ever tried British shop bought Danish pastries, that you give us a go so you can experience the Real Thing!
